Family Proposal (Proposal Point) respects user privacy and is committed to protecting personal information shared through its matrimonial platform. This Privacy Policy explains how user data is collected, used, stored, protected, and deleted.

3. Profile Visibility

Approved profiles may be visible to other registered users for matrimonial matching purposes. Users control the information they submit, subject to platform approval policies.

4. Membership & Payments

Some features require paid membership. Membership fee is Rs. 5000 for 6 months unless updated by management.

We do not store full payment card or wallet details. Only transaction reference, payment status, amount, and membership validity information are stored for record purposes.

5. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored using secure cloud-based systems. Reasonable technical and administrative safeguards are used to protect information from unauthorized access or misuse.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Incomplete profiles may be removed after one month of inactivity.
Inactive approved accounts may be removed after one year of inactivity.
Expired memberships not renewed within six months may result in account removal.
Accounts violating platform rules, misuse policies, or security requirements may be removed.

Users have full control over their personal data and account.

7. User Self-Service Account Deletion

Users may delete their account and profile at any time directly from the platform without requiring prior approval or a support request. Once a user initiates deletion, their profile, personal data, and associated account information will be permanently removed from our system, except where retention is required for legal, security, or regulatory purposes.

8. Information Sharing

We do not sell user data. Profile data may be visible to registered users. Payment processing data may be shared only with authorized payment service providers.

9. Cookies & Local Storage

We may use cookies and local storage to maintain login sessions and improve platform performance.

10. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate information and keeping login credentials confidential.

11. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
