Refund & Cancellation Policy
Family Proposal provides digital matrimonial membership services. By purchasing membership, users agree to the following refund and cancellation terms.
1. Membership Payments
Membership payments are generally non-refundable once payment is successfully processed and membership access is activated.
2. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 to 10 working days. The actual time for the amount to reflect may vary depending on the user’s bank, wallet, or payment gateway.
3. Duplicate Transactions
If a user is charged multiple times for the same transaction, the duplicate payment may be reviewed and refunded after verification.
4. Technical Issues
If payment is deducted but membership is not activated due to technical errors, users should contact support with transaction details for investigation and resolution.
5. Cancellation Policy
Users may request cancellation before membership activation or before using paid services. Once membership access has been activated and services have been used, cancellation may not be eligible except in cases of verified technical error or legal requirement.
