By using Proposal Point / Family Proposal, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website and services.
1. Eligibility
Users must provide accurate and genuine information while creating matrimonial profiles. Fake, misleading, or fraudulent profiles are strictly prohibited.
2. Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and activities performed through their account.
3. Profile Approval
All profiles are subject to admin review and approval. Proposal Point reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove profiles without prior notice.
4. Membership Services
Certain features require paid membership access. Membership fee is Rs. 5000 for 6 months unless updated by management.
Membership benefits may include:
- Profile search access
- Messaging features
- Latest profile browsing
- Premium dashboard access
- Proposal communication features
5. Membership Renewal
If a user renews membership before expiry, additional membership duration will be added to the current expiry date.
6. Data Deletion
- Incomplete signup profiles may be deleted after one month.
- Inactive approved users may be deleted after one year without login activity.
- Expired memberships not renewed within six months may result in profile deletion.
7. User Conduct
Users must not misuse the platform, send abusive messages, upload false information, or use the website for illegal activities.
8. Limitation of Liability
Proposal Point acts only as a matrimonial platform and does not guarantee marriage outcomes, compatibility, or user authenticity.
9. Changes to Terms
Proposal Point may update Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
10. Contact
